Program update – May 28, 2020
Though we initially planned to reconvene in-person programs for June, in order to ensure YOUR safety and the safety of our coaches, we have made the very difficult decision to postpone in-person activities until July. Thank you for bearing with us as we navigate these difficult times.
We are excited to rollout our summer calendar over the next few weeks! It will include local hiking adventures, paddling excursions, mountain bike rides, and more! New this year, we’ll also be leading multi-day trips to Maine destinations—and we hope you’ll plan to join in on the fun! We can’t wait to share our plans with you!

Celebrate the start of your weekend with some family time outdoors! This is a great hike for all ages! We’ll walk down the Debe River Walk and up into the Philbrick Trails. Total hike will be about 1 mile. Meet behind MThai at the end of the walking bridge.
Reduce your Monday workday stress with this guided lunchtime yoga session. Yoga will last for about 30 minutes, and we encourage you to bring your lunch to eat in the park after you’re done! Don’t forget your mat!
Join us for a walk during your lunch break. Meet behind MThai at the end of the walking bridge and walk with us along the river down the Debe Trail and back (total trip 1 mile). You’ll get some fresh air and meet new people. All ages and abilities welcome.
This hike is for all ages so bring the whole family! While we walk through the Philbrick Trails, we’ll provide information about different plants and Leave No Trace Hiking Principles.
