Business Enhancement Committee
This committee offers support to new and existing Skowhegan area businesses including networking, information, business incentives, grants, workshops, and consultation. Their mission is to support, promote, attract, and retain businesses in the Skowhegan area; to work with other local economic development agencies to build a vibrant business community; and to bolster the ideals of Main Street communities and leverage local involvement in the growth of positive economic initiatives. Community Engagement Committee

Event Committees
We have committees that help plan all of our major events, including Somerset SnowFest (a collaborative event with Lake George Regional Park), River Fest (a collaborative event with several other organizations), Skowhegan Craft Brew Fest, and SKOW-Whoville.
