We are thrilled to champion the #ShopSmall movement in Skowhegan. While we believe that we should all do our part and support local businesses every day of the year, we also love to celebrate Small Business Saturday and the holiday season with our annual Passport to Savings program.

How It Works for Shoppers – The Passport to Savings will be available in November 2026

1. Get your passport to savings. Visit participating businesses in Skowhegan to pick up your passport the week before the event or access it online.
2. During Small Business Week—November 28 through December 5, 2026—make purchases at participating businesses.
3. After each purchase, fill out a raffle ticket for a chance to win one of two gift cards to a locally-owned business of your choosing. The more businesses you shop at, the more chances you have to win—and you have a full week to shop!
